A very warm Welcome to anyone visiting the churches of our United Benefice.
It’s wonderful to worship together and share fellowship.
All are welcome to take part fully in our services. If this is a Service of Holy Communion, you are very welcome to receive Holy Communion at the appropriate time.

Open Door Fun Day – Thinking Towards This July!
Members of the Open Door Team are already planning for our second Fun Day on the 18th July. If anyone can donate a raffle prize (perhaps re-gift a Christmas present?) we would be very grateful. We plan to have a second hand book stall at this Summer’s Fun Day, and so are collecting books of any kind – children’s, adult fiction and non-fiction. Any books we have left over after the event will be given to a local charity shop.
In order to make donating easy, there will be a large, clearly labelled plastic box in the carpeted area at the back of church (on your left as you walk in).
Thank you in advance for your help and contributions. 🙏😊
The Open Door Team
1 Ascribe to the Lord, you powers of heaven,
ascribe to the Lord glory and strength.
2 Ascribe to the Lord the honour due to his name;
worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness.
3 The voice of the Lord is upon the waters;
the God of glory thunders;
the Lord is upon the mighty waters.
4 The voice of the Lord is mighty in operation;
the voice of the Lord is a glorious voice.
5 The voice of the Lord breaks the cedar trees;
the Lord breaks the cedars of Lebanon;
6 He makes Lebanon skip like a calf
and Sirion like a young wild ox.
7 The voice of the Lord splits the flash of lightning;
the voice of the Lord shakes the wilderness;
the Lord shakes the wilderness of Kadesh.
8 The voice of the Lord makes the oak trees writhe
and strips the forests bare;
in his temple all cry, ‘Glory!’
9 The Lord sits enthroned above the water flood;
the Lord sits enthroned as king for evermore.
10 The Lord shall give strength to his people;
the Lord shall give his people the blessing of peace.
